Indiana Pacers Bikeshare is owned and operated by Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Inc., the nonprofit organization responsible for the Indianapolis Cultural Trail: A Legacy of Gene and Marilyn Glick. ICT, Inc. and Pacers Bikeshare both rely on government and non-government grants, sponsorships, and individual donations as well as membership and usage fees for annual operations.
