Example: If you checkout a bike 3 different times you will see 3 $1 charges on your statement and 3 separate charges for the amount of your 3 trips.
Log into your My Account either online or through the mobile app and click "Renew" button from the "My Summary" page.
Select a pass type and verify your Credit Card information. You can also edit any personal information in your Profile before submitting payment. For Annual Passes, your Access Card will automatically link.
If you receive a corporate discount, it is recommended to not opt-in to Auto Renew.
Call Customer Service at (317) 653-1947 immediately so that we can suspend the card and prevent anyone else from using your card to gain access to a bicycle for which you are financially responsible.
A replacement card can be provided for a $5 replacement fee.
While waiting for your replacement Access Card to arrive, you can check out bikes using the B-Cycle app, or the credit card or cell phone number associated with your Pacers Bikeshare pass.
When registering, you can choose whether you want to receive text notifications. You can change that preference anytime by logging into My Account, view the My Profile tab and edit your profile information. There you will see a checkbox labeled "Contact me via SMS".
Information about your Pacers Bikeshare use can be found in your personal Account page online or on the B-Cycle app. Once logged in, you can view the date and duration of each trip, the station where the bike was checked out and the station where the bike was returned, distance pedaled, usage fees (if any), the associated calories burned, and carbon offset.
You can also choose to share your rider stats on the site’s Leaderboard with your fellow Pacers Bikeshare riders if desired. Simply check the box “Include my ride data” in My Summary.
